TSL is the sole funder and sponsor of iFLY Flying Club and currently managing its entire operations. The current fleet of aircrafts and the entire fixed assets of the flying club also belongs to TSL.

iFLY Flying Club (iFC ) was formed to foster camaraderie among fellow licensed pilots and student pilots, to promote flight safety through education and training and to provide airworthy and dependable aircraft for use by members at cost effective rates. The iFC continues to operate in this manner today.
Aircraft may be used for business or pleasure but not for commercial purposes. Operation of the club is managed according to the club’s by-laws and operating rules.
The Board consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Committee Members.

Provides overall strategic leadership and financial governance for the Corporate Division, supported by over 25 years of finance experience and a strong aviation background, including holding a Private Pilot Licence (PPL). Oversees financial planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring, while driving sustainable growth and ensuring alignment with corporate and aviation regulatory requirements.

As Head of Training and Chief Flying Instructor, he will be overseeing all flight training operations, ensuring high standards of safety, instructional quality, and regulatory compliance. He plays a key role in developing Training manuals and developing professional pilots while fostering a strong culture of safety and excellence within the training organisation.

Responsible for overseeing maintenance planning, technical compliance, and asset upkeep. Ensures all facilities, systems, and equipment meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards in support of business continuity.

Supports day-to-day operational activities, coordination, and execution of corporate tasks. Works closely with management to ensure smooth workflows, timely delivery, and adherence to company procedures. Holds a valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)

Ensures the smooth execution of daily flight activities, including planning, coordination, and operational oversight. Supports flight scheduling, crew coordination, and real-time decision-making to maintain efficiency and safety. Works closely with management to streamline workflows, ensure on-time performance, and uphold company and regulatory standards. Holds a valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
